Why to attend???
Euro Food Safety mainly focuses on Foodborne illness continues to be an urgent issue across the world. In fact, the CDC estimates that each year roughly 48 million people get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die of foodborne diseases. The Food Safety and Inspection Service educates consumers about the importance of safe food handling and how to reduce the risk associated with foodborne illness for future generation and aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results. Euro Food Safety aims to promote various researches on food safety among scientists, academia and industries.
With the presence of highly affiliated personalities, researchers, scientists around the globe focused on food production, this conference is providing the platform for learning and sharing the new developments in this field. This is the place to meet the current and potential speakers and receive the name recognition.
Target Audience including Presidents, Vice presidents, Directors, Academicians, Researchers, Scientists, Business Delegates, Experts, Departmental managers, Professors and students from Academia

Πλατανιάς – Χανιά

The European Molecular Liquids Group (EMLG) and the Japanese Molecular Liquids Group (JMLG) are interdisciplinary research groups focusing on the molecular aspects of fluids in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The European Group was founded in 1982 and was joined by the Japanese group in 1996. Annual meetings have been organized since 1982 in different countries with varying focus in order to cooperate internationally and to coordinate research activities in the field.  This year EMLG/JMLG conference in Chania-Crete-Greece is aimed to present overview lectures on various relevant fields form the most recent experimental methods, analytical-statistical mechanics theoretical approaches, molecular simulation techniques, as well as possible physicochemical applications. The present meeting covers a broad range of topics with an emphasis on:

Liquids (pure and solutions)
Supercritical fluids
Complex liquid systems

The conference includes plenary lectures, oral contributions and a poster session of studies selected among submitted abstracts.

Organizer and Chairman
